Patrick Walsh, 63, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 16 for grand larceny and scheme to defraud, according to State Police.
The new charges stem from an investigation that began when a victim saw previous reports about Walsh’s arrests.
The victim told police that in the spring of 2023, Walsh collected a deposit of more than $3,000 for construction equipment he never delivered.
In May, State Police in Schodack arrested Walsh for defrauding multiple victims of more than $20,000 between August 2024 and February 2025.
