Craig S. Matherne, Sr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the age of 73, following a courageous battle with lymphoma. Craig was a loyal friend to many and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Craig also dedicated 38 years to Shell Norco, where he served in many roles throughout his career before retiring as Site Supervisor. Craig is survived by his loving wife, Cindy C. Matherne; his children, Christy, Brandy, and Craig, Jr.; his daughter-in-law, Danielle; his grandchildren, Collin, Charlee Rose, and Gianna; and his siblings, Debbie Smith, Patti Matherne, Glenn Matherne, and a host of nieces, nephews, and family members. Craig leaves behind a legacy of love, service, friendship, and family that will live on in all who knew and loved him.
