Hyderabad: An audio recording of a leaked conversation between the suspended Jubilee Hills Circle Inspector and a techie woman has been circulating across media platforms. Police investigations revealed that CI Srinivasulu Reddy allegedly used private videos of the woman to extort money from her on multiple occasions. According to the probe, while serving as Circle Inspector at Ameenpur Police Station in Sangareddy, Srinivasulu Reddy became acquainted with the woman when she approached the station seeking action against her husband. During the probe, the committee uncovered evidence corroborating the woman's primary allegations and recommended departmental action against Srinivasulu Reddy. Following the submission of inquiry findings, Hyderabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar issued formal orders placing Srinivasulu Reddy under suspension after determining that the allegations were prima facie true.
