LONGMONT — Sarah Braverman has been named executive director of the Longmont Symphony Orchestra as it enters its 60th season. Braverman spent nearly a decade working in Colorado’s nonprofit sector before joining LSO, most recently raising funds and building donor relationships for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. Braverman has stayed active in Boulder County’s arts community outside of work as well. “I’m joining LSO at a moment when this organization is ready to grow,” Braverman said in a prepared statement. Sarah studied English at the University of Delaware and later earned a master’s degree in arts administration from Drexel University.
