Asos told Drapers Blake and Czarnecki have both made “valuable contributions” amid the fashion etailer’s ongoing turnaround. Blake first joined Asos in September 2025 in the newly created role of executive vice-president of customer and commercial, while Czarnecki joined the fashion retailer in February 2025 as chief technology officer and executive vice-president of technology. Asos said the evolution of the executive team comes amid a shift in its transformation, which has moved to focus on growth and “delivering for customers”.
