Kaylen Wood’s father inspired her to pursue a career in human resources, advocating for people and good work environments. She moved to Northwest Arkansas for a role at J.B. Hunt Transport Services and completed a job architecture project for the company in 2019. This led her to join the Korn Ferry work and career architecture team. “I moved over in 2022 to Korn Ferry, and I’ve been promoted and worked my way up the ladder here.” She was named principal consultant in January and leads job architecture initiatives.
