The former Sessions Arts Club head chef will launch her rooftop restaurant this autumnFlorence Knight, the game-changing chef who helped launch Sessions Arts Club and was previously head chef of Polpetto in her twenties, is opening her first solo restaurant, Lunette, this September. Knight has been working on the project since leaving Sessions Arts Club two years ago and, while exact dish details are still under wraps, we know the seasonal set menu will be “deeply personal” to the chef. Sessions Arts Club is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the city, and it looks like Knight is bringing her eye for design to Lunette, too.
