Nadine Hepler Moose, 94, of Stony Point, passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2026, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville. Nadine was born March 15, 1932, in Iredell County to the late Ranson Hepler and Gertie Wooton Hepler. In addition to her parents, Nadine was preceded in death by her husband, Beveridge “Buddy” Moose; a son, Kelly Moose; a brother, William Hepler; a sister, Ruby Ham; a grandchild, Marie Sommer; and a great-grandchild, Jacob Dancy. Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Edwin “Eddie” Moose and wife Andrea of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Rodney Moose and wife Dawne of Statesville; a daughter, Beverly Terry of Elkin; and a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Moose of Hartsville, South Carolina. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel.
