3 former Bibb deputies face stalking charges after internal Flock auditThe sheriff’s office says the separate cases involved people with whom each deputy had a personal relationship. Jail records show 45-year-old Coznavian Stubbs, 37-year-old Joseph Callaway and 32-year-old Toni Lewis were booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Lewis is charged with violation of oath by a public officer, prohibition on law enforcement retaining license plate data and stalking. Sheriff David Davis said Flock notified the sheriff’s office about possible irregularities before the office conducted an internal audit with assistance from the company. Davis said law enforcement officers have a responsibility to use technology and sensitive information only for legitimate law enforcement purposes.
