The Parks and Recreation alum notably lost her husband, Jeff Baena, by suicide in January 2025 after they’d been separated for four months. Plaza, 42, later entered a relationship with Abbott, though the exact timeline of their relationship status is unknown. A source told People that the pregnancy, which Plaza debuted in April with baby-bump photos, was “a beautiful surprise after an emotional year.”
