Detectives have uncovered fresh details revealing that the suspects received a Ksh.1.5 million bounty offer to kill Dr. Victoria Mutiso. At Thogoto Police Station, officers raided Collins Bett’s residence, seizing items and records crucial to the case. The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) confirmed that Elijah Kimoi allegedly used this weapon to shoot Dr. Mutiso. He served at the local station for under six months before moving to Nderi Police Station as the Officer Commanding Station (OCS). Investigators believe the killers used this vehicle and one other to intercept the taxi carrying Dr. Mutiso to work.
