Burberry has brought a taste of British summer to Draft Land, transforming the neighborhood cocktail bar in Taipei into a social hub inspired by the city’s growing chess community and street culture. Located in the Xinyi District, Draft Land received a complete makeover for the takeover, which runs through 30 August. The bar features Burberry’s iconic check pattern, reimagined in soft shades of green and gray across bar stools and countertops. Paying homage to English afternoon tea culture, Burberry and Draft Land co-created a limited-edition cocktail titled the "Knight Pair." Out front, the seating area features British garden-style benches and custom Burberry chessboards, inviting guests to play or unwind in a relaxed summer atmosphere.
