The State Department for Diaspora Affairs has announced 5,000 online scholarship opportunities in partnership with the European Business University of Luxembourg (EBU). The State Department for Diaspora Affairs said the scholarships are open to applicants seeking certificate, degree and diploma programmes, as well as specialised training opportunities. Those interested in the diploma programme have been encouraged to register their interest through the designated application form.
