Arabsat has signed a new deal with Libya Telecom and Technology (LTT) as Libya looks to develop its digital communications infrastructure. Libya has a population of around 7.5 million people. It will combine Arabsat’s satellite infrastructure and regional coverage with LTT’s ability to deliver satellite communications solutions across Libya.
