MOORHEAD, MINN. – A man faces charges after admitting to stealing a trailer belonging to the Honor Flight of North Dakota and Minnesota. He was arraigned in Clay County District Court Monday and bail has been set at $20,000 unconditional or $2,000 with conditions. A Moorhead Police Department detective obtained a search warrant to search the suspect’s vehicle and property in Staples, Minn. Andert was arrested at the Clay County Law Enforcement Center in Moorhead. Multiple agencies were involved in the investigation – the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension; the Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Staples, Wadena and Alexandria Police Departments; and the Todd County, Wadena County, Clay County and Douglas County Sheriff’s Offices.
