CARRIER MILLS, Ill. (WJPF) – A Carrier Mills woman is facing charges for Animal Cruelty. 34 year old Katherine Hodges has been charged with 1 Felony count of Obstructing Justice and 3 Misdemeanor counts of Animal Cruelty. The charges come after Hodges left 3 dogs to fend for themselves, causing them to die, during a heatwave last month.
