GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Defendant Ryan Wayne Baron has entered into a plea agreement in the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, pleading guilty to three federal counts related to child sexual exploitation and coercion. The charges to which Baron is pleading guilty include:Count One (Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Child): Involving conduct from approximately January 2022 to January 2024 attempting to induce a minor, Jane Doe 1, to produce visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct.
