Members of the Potlotek First Nation are going to the polls today. The election is to choose their Chief and CouncilVoting will take place at the Community Hall, 21 Old Band Office Road in St. Peter’s from 9 am to 8 pm. There are five people on the ballot for Chief; incumbent Wilbert Marshall, Kenny Basque, Wayne Johnson, Noelle Julian and Tahirih Paul. There are 31 candidates running for the eight council seats, including seven current councillors.
