Kier has secured a £99m contract from Derwent London to redevelop Holden House on Oxford Street in central London.
This will include about 10,700 square metres of Grade A offices and 1,900 square metres of retail space fronting Oxford Street.
Kier will retain the Grade II-listed facade facing Oxford Street while carrying out the redevelopment behind it.
Kier Construction London & Thames Valley managing director David Rowsell said the contractor would use modern methods of construction and offsite production techniques on the scheme.
The nine-storey Network W1 development included about 12,700 square metres of Category A office space and 460 square metres of ground-floor retail space.
