A Lehigh Acres man has been found guilty in a case involving sex crimes against a child as well as human trafficking. Cutts, who was known to the victim, produced child pornography as he committed crimes on the child. He also made the victim perform sex acts and gave them money after committing the crimes against them. Those elements of the crimes make up the human trafficking charge. The child victim told their mother about the crimes done to them, resulting in contact with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office whose investigation led to Cutts’ identification and arrest.
