Love After Lockup Season 3 star Joshua Hyatt is back in prison in Colorado, and he’s going to be there for a while. Josh was sentenced to 25 years in prison in January of this year. According to the Colorado Department of Corrections, Josh’s estimated mandatory release date is July 4, 2049 and his estimated parole eligibility date is July 4, 2035. As Starcasm previously reported, Cheryl Childers’ bank robber ex was arrested in October of 2024 as part of a large drug trafficking ring. When Josh first appeared on the third season of Love After Lockup with Cheryl Childers, he was finishing up a 12-year prison sentence for armed bank robbery.
