Local author Jason Horn recently donated copies of his three published books to the Howard County Jail library. Howard County Jail Administrator and newly elected Circuit Court Clerk Jana Tallant said inmates have access to the library and are able to check out books to read. She noted that all books donated to the jail library must be paperback. Smith ordered a copy of the book and asked Horn to donate it to the jail library instead.
