A 58-year-old Horatio man is facing multiple felony charges following the execution of a search warrant by the Ninth West Judicial Drug Task Force. According to the task force, investigators, with assistance from the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office and the De Queen Police Department, concluded an extensive investigation before serving a search warrant at a Horatio residence. During the search, authorities reported seizing approximately 24 grams of methamphetamine, 86 grams of marijuana, 9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, and two shotguns. The Ninth West Judicial Drug Task Force said the investigation was conducted in partnership with the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office and the De Queen Police Department. The charges are allegations, and Wilmoth is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
