Signature Travel Network has appointed respected industry leader, Damian Borg to the newly created role of general manager, Australia and New Zealand. For more than 35 years, Borg has built relationships across the Australian travel industry in roles with Club Med, APT Travel Group, Virgin Australia, Globus family of brands, The Travel Corporation and Contiki, as well as Travelscene American Express and Stella Travel Services. Borg announced his departure from NCL on 16 June 2026 following almost nine years with the brand. Borg will be Signature Travel Network’s first full-time executive in the ANZ region, tasked with building on the luxury travel agency network’s global strength to grow its presence, relevance and success in the ANZ market. Since the pandemic, Signature’s network has expanded to more than 90 member agency locations across Australia and New Zealand.
