Intrepid Travel hosted four Australian Football League Women (AFLW) stars on a special departure of Women’s Expedition to Nepal. The campaign comes as demand for women-only travel continues to grow, with Intrepid’s Women’s Expeditions range up 32 per cent in 2025. Intrepid created the campaign in partnership with the AFL Players Association, North Melbourne Football Club and Purpose Impact Agency. “Women’s sport and women’s travel are both about creating opportunities, building confidence and challenging what’s possible,” Intrepid Travel ANZ general manager Yvette Thompson said. Intrepid organised the trip through partnerships with the North Melbourne Football Club and the AFL Players Association.
