No Ceilings, an NBA Draft publication, listed Elamin as a "Certified Sicko Prospect". Ben Pfeifer, a basketball writer for Essentially Sports, The Sporting News, and Swish Theory, listed Elamin in his top 40 recruits for the 2027 NBA Draft. In the Bearcats' recent trip to the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League, Adlan played well, having 14 points, 8 rebounds, 1 block and 1 steal against Victoria in the Bearcats first game. He added 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals, doing more creating in this game than he did in the one prior.
