Landmark Properties, a fully integrated real estate investment firm specializing in the development, construction, acquisition, and operation of high-quality residential communities, has announced the delivery of The Mark Fort Collins, a 397-bed off-campus student housing community at 255 Johnson Drive in Fort Collins, just 0.37 miles from Colorado State University. The six-story development was designed by Mode 3 Architecture, with Landmark Construction, the construction arm of Landmark Properties, serving as the project’s general contractor. “The Mark Fort Collins demonstrates the unique capabilities of Landmark’s vertically integrated platform, including the strength of our development and construction teams,” said Jason Doornbos, chief development officer of Landmark Properties. The Mark Fort Collins features 193 units in a mix of studio to four-bedroom layouts. This is Landmark’s second project in Fort Collins — The Standard at Fort Collins, a 777-bed student housing community, was delivered in fall 2020.
