The all candidates debate, scheduled for Sunday in Kemptville, will take place ahead of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) conference in Ottawa. “This event offers an important opportunity to hear directly from leadership candidates on the issues facing rural communities across Ontario,” officials with the local provincial riding association noted. The event, which is free to attend, will feature a 90-minute debate followed by a meet-and-greet with the candidates. As of Monday, debate organizers said Fairclough, Lombardi, Marando and Bowman have confirmed their attendance, while Bains does not plan to attend.
