She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on December 11, 1970, to Norman Dee and Connie Larrabee. Tracy enjoyed playing games with her family, dancing, and watching old movies. Tracy was preceded in death by her older sister, Joy Lynn Larrabee; her grandparents, Stan and Ruth Burraston; and Norman and Stella Larrabee.
