The incident happened at Wintour's Leap, near Chepstow, and involved a multi-agency response. The Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA) Beachley Team was called out at around 1.30pm to support Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service (GFRS) with the "evacuation of an injured climber".
