Have you always wanted to write a book in Ireland or is it more this story had to be there? “I think what I want readers to do is just to constantly second guess themselves as they’re reading. “As a reader you’re kind of looking over their shoulder and looking at the evidence that they’re getting and weighing it up for yourself and trying to decide who you trust. “That can be a really positive thing but it can also be a really negative thing.
