Step closer, and you’ll find endless trays of perfectly identical mini buns lined up in neat rows, baked fresh from the oven every half hour or so, in over 30 flavours and mostly priced at $2.20 for six traditional mini buns. We tried a handful of flavours on our visit, starting with their most popular Butter Sugar ($2.20). The bread itself tore apart easily and was stretchier than the Butter Sugar bun, but was still soft. Other mini bun flavours on offer include Cheese, Otah, Spicy Shrimp, Yam, Peanut, Kaya, Black Sesame and more. Another item worth trying is the Chicken Floss ($2.40), which came as two buns with a generous amount of chicken floss on top.
