YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Sunday evening’s concert by Gov’t Mule at The Amp included a piece of rock ’n’ roll history, although few people in the audience realized it at the time. Haynes played Garcia’s song “Loser” and two Grateful Dead songs – “Bertha” and“Shakedown Street” – with it.
