COLUMBIANA, Ohio – Many Crestview Local Schools students weren’t even born when the district first began considering plans for new spaces for students and staff. A new $70 million, 182,000-square-foot campus will bring together all of the school district’s students, preschool through 12th grade. “Our hope is that when we’re completed, that our kids can be off campus by 5 p.m.,” Hill said. “There will be tables, hightops, coffee table-style furniture in this area,” Hill said on a recent tour in an area next to a large, nearly floor to ceiling window overlooking a lake. The campus also has dedicated spaces for students with special needs, including a life skills lab, handicap-accessible restroom and sensory rooms.
