The Australian Writers’ Guild has announced 11 creatives who have been selected to participate in First Break VIC, an online development program designed for aspiring screenwriters. The Pathways First Break portal is a permanent resource for industry looking for talented new writers who have valuable skills to offer in writers’ rooms. Applications are also open for First Break VIC (In-person), a one-day workshop in Melbourne run by Libby Butler. Victorian writers can apply for First Break VIC here.
