Dharamshala: As part of the official programme of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Parliamentarians Dawa Tsering and Dawa Tsering Bari began their official visit to South India scheduled from 5-13 August 2026. On 6 August, the parliamentarians upon their arrival at Bangalore were received by Office Secretary Tenzin Tsepel of the Chief Representative Office of South Zone. On the same day, they visited the office of the Chief Representative Office and office of the Tibetan Youth Hostel in Bangalore. On 9 August, they arrived in Mysore where they were received by Office Secretary Tenzin Norzin. Following their reception and obeisance visit to the Phodrang, Office Secretary Tenzin introduced the two MPs.
