This includes two internal Executive moves, with Kieran Byrne to become Chief Financial Officer and Sharina Nisha promoted to Chief Technology Officer, plus the appointment of experienced leader Sonia Fernandes as Chief People Officer. Kieran is currently Chief Technology Officer and brings a unique combination of commercial, financial, strategic and operational leadership, having held senior leadership roles across Strategy, Transformation and Technology.
