10 ViewsHiratsuka, Japan—The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced its business and financial results for the first half of fiscal 2026 (January–June 2026). Sales revenue increased 10.4% over the same period of the previous year, to ¥639.4 billion; business profit increased 54.3%, to ¥95.8 billion; operating profit increased 100.0%, to ¥109.7 billion; and profit attributable to owners of the parent increased 104.2%, to ¥72.6 billion. Business profit margin also rose to a record high of 15.0%. Management also decided to increase its originally planned interim and year-end dividends to shareholders by ¥25 and ¥26 respectively. These increases will raise the annual dividend to ¥223 per share, ¥89 higher than the fiscal 2025 dividend and the sixth consecutive increase in the annual dividend.
