Crews stopped the fire’s forward progress Saturday night, and officials reported minimal fire activity overnight into Sunday. The fire is burning in eastern San Luis Obispo County and Kern County near highways 46 and 41. It began at 4:13 p.m. Saturday and spread into Kern County before crews stopped its advance at 10:40 p.m. Updates will be available on the Cal Fire incident page when available.
