Ari Aster lines up Jacob Elordi alongside Scarlett Johansson for mysterious new movieJacob Elordi, Scarlett Johansson, and Ari Aster are three of the biggest names in film, and now they’re set to come together for A24’s next movie, Scapegoat. According to Variety, Elordi is in talks to star in the film, while Johansson has already agreed to lead the cast, but at this stage, very little else is known about what the project actually entails. However, with none of this speculation being certain, the only things set in stone are that Aster has written and will direct the movie, while Lars Knudsen will produce it for their production company, Square Peg. The hype around Elordi and the A24 film is particularly interesting given that he is among the most hotly-tipped names being considered to take on the role of James Bond. He is next set to appear on the big screen in Ridley Scott’s The Dog Stars, released on August 28th, while Johansson currently has projects planned through to 2028, including The Batman: Part II.
