The 117,012 DWT Aframax/LR2 product tanker, Nave Orbit, has joined the firm’s fleet, the company said in a LinkedIn post on Friday. However, while a growing number of methanol-ready vessels have entered service, relatively few have subsequently been converted to methanol propulsion. Navios Partners operates a fleet of 173 ships, with a carrying capacity of 15.9 million DWT and 287,243 TEU, according to its website.
