Twenty new touring pitches for caravans at Coole Acres Fishery and Leisure Park near Nantwich have been approved by Cheshire East Council. The site on Coole Lane forms part of an existing fishery and angling centre. Over the years it has developed and now compromises fishing lakes, hatchery pools, café/reception building and hatchery storage and maintenance building. It also already has existing holiday lodges, licensed caravan and camping site, access tracks, car parking area and service areas. The permission, which was granted by planning officers under delegated powers, also includes the erection of an amenity block and ancillary works.
