2 former BMV employees charged with bribery over 300 fake test scoresINDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Marion County prosecutors have charged two former Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles employees with bribery.
They are accused of falsifying driver’s test scores at the Midtown branch in Indianapolis, said a news release issued Monday from the state’s Office of the Inspector General.
Investigators said Gabriella Perry and Winters VanDyke gave passing scores on written driver’s tests that customers never took.
If convicted, Perry and VanDyke face up to six years for the felony bribery charge.
The Midtown branch, 4050 Meadows Parkway, is off Millersville Road on the city’s northeast side.
