The Tennessee Titans on Saturday activated running back Tyjae Spears from injured reserve ahead of Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale, Ariz.Spears, who officially is listed as questionable for the game vs. the Cardinals (2-2), was placed on IR on Aug. 26 with an ankle injury. He sustained the injury on Aug. 9 during Tennessee’s 29-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a preseason game. Tony Pollard has handled 68 of the 88 carries this season for the Titans (0-4). Also on Saturday, the Titans placed safety Mike Brown on injured reserve and announced that wide receiver James Proche and defensive back Kendell Brooks will be game-day elevations on Sunday. Brown, who is nursing a knee injury, has one tackle in four games this season.
