Trey BurnettSeward County Community College men’s basketball head coach Austin Downing announced the hiring of assistant coach JaMir Price on Friday. Price joins the Saints coaching staff after a stellar playing career at both the NJCAA and NCAA levels. Price transferred to NCAA Division I Cleveland State for the 2022-23 season, appearing in 25 games before moving to Minnesota State Moorhead the following year. Price scored more than 1,000 career points collegiately. Price earned a Bachelor of Science in business studies from Minnesota State Moorhead in 2024.
