USD 480 Board Approves Partnership with K-State and Prairieview

The USD 480 School Board met Monday evening and in new business, approved the proposed changes to policy GAN and IIBGC as presented, effective immediately.
The Board approved the purchase of Hudl’s Gold Package for $16,500.
The Board approved a change in the Job Title from Federal Programs Director to Title Coordinator, and approved the Student Accident Insurance Policy for $79,000.
Approved was a proposed three-year strategic partnership between USD 480-Prairie View Elementary and the Center for Innovation and Multilingual Advancement (CIMA) at Kansas State University.
The partnership is designed to strengthen the district’s existing 50/50 Dual Language program for an amount up to $60,000.
