Junction 17 of the M4 at Chippenham is set to undergo a week of “local authority survey works” between Thursday, August 20, and Thursday, August 27. These works will require a series of rolling lane closures on the entry and exit slip roads of the busy motorway junction in both directions. The A4 between the town and Calne will also be closing to traffic between 9.30am and 3pm during the week of Monday, August 12.
