Singapore Airlines (SIA) has appointed Aswin K as General Manager, India, with effect from 1 August 2026. Aswin K succeeds Mr Sy Yen Chen, who served as General Manager, India for more than five years. As General Manager, India, Aswin will oversee SIA’s operations across the country. Commenting on his new role, Aswin K said: “I am honoured to lead Singapore Airlines’ operations in one of the world’s fastest-growing aviation markets. Aswin will be based in Mumbai, which serves as SIA’s head office for its India operations.
