UT Knoxville adds new dormitoryThere will be some changes when students return to the UT campus in Knoxville this fall. Torchbearer Hall is a nine story residence hall next to Circle Park. It adds more than a thousand beds with suite-style layouts. The University is also upgrading the Student Union East and North Plazas. UT also begins work on the Neyland Entertainment District this fall.
