The University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) said on Tuesday that 67 alumni, chapters, and families will be awarded at its 2026 Awards Ceremony, one of the most prestigious recognitions given to graduates of the university. Of the honorees, 49 are individual awardees, 13 are Multigenerational Alumni Family Awardees, two are outstanding alumni chapters, and three are recipients of the Presidential Service Award. The UPAA Distinguished Alumni Awards also named 38 recipients, including Peter C. Suchianco, Jaime Fortunato A. Caringal, Felix William Buquid Fuentebella, and Sharon S. Garin, among others. The UPAA Distinguished Service Award for an Alumna will be given to Rosalina S. Calderon and Lilia Ronquillo-Bautista. This year’s UPAA Presidential Awardees are Constancia E. Angeles, Nilo Thaddeus P. Rodriguez, and Luis Enano Yee Jr.For the UPAA Distinguished Service Award for Alumni Chapters, two chapters will receive recognition.
